Installation Steps for MacOS

1. Download the latest version of MACAT for MacOS from the official website or GitHub releases page.

   • Download from official site
   • Download from GitHub

2. Drag the downloaded .dmg file to /Applications. NOTE: You may get a message that says "MACAT.app is damaged and can't be opened." If you get this message, run the command xattr -c /Applications/MACAT.app. This message is due to MACAT not being officially released through an Apple-recognized software distribution source.

3. At this point, you should be able to run MACAT from your Applications menu
